At Huon Valley Lavender, every order is carefully hand-packed on our farm in the Huon Valley, Tasmania. We take pride in sending your lavender products safely and promptly, so they arrive just as beautifully as when they left us.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During busy periods (harvest season, sales, or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Australia-wide

If you’re outside Australia and interested in our products, please contact us before ordering.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Tasmania: 2–4 business days

  • Mainland Australia: 3–7 business days

  • Remote or regional areas: may take longer

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by Australia Post or courier delays beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you.

Packaging

All orders are packed with care using glass containers and recyclable or biodegradable packaging wherever possible, in line with our commitment to sustainability and small-batch production.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
